Posisi: Logistics Customs
Job Description：
- Review the medium and long-term capacity planning and track and manage the capacity of new production lines;
- Demand management, rational allocation of production capacity and headquarters, Delivery management: 100% completion of customer order delivery, timely early warning and upgrade, and resolution of abnormal issues affecting production and delivery, Monitor the production and shipment plans of the factory and manage their achievement, Optimize the control of finished products/semi-finished products/in-transit inventories to achieve monthly and annual targets; Manage Sops, Eops and changes to prevent slow-moving inventory and ensure reasonable cuts.
- Establish a material supply system to ensure 100% timely supply for production; Supplier capacity management and early warning, risk control of bottleneck materials, Optimize and control the inventory of raw materials to achieve monthly and annual goals, The introduction of raw materials for new projects, as well as the management of raw materials and change control for product EOP.
- Material receiving and inventory operation management Ensure 100% on-time delivery of materials to the production line and support the execution of production plans, Optimize the inbound logistics network to control supply chain inventory and overall logistics costs, Finished product warehouse receipt and inventory operation management Finished product stocking and shipping operation management.
- Optimization of the logistics layout, process optimization (physical flow & information flow) and packaging improvement in the new factory, Logistics system optimization and implementation (including PMC KPI system optimization, Logistics FMEA, and review response), Optimization of planning and logistics operation processes.
- Organizational structure design and development Optimization of personnel Capability Model and Enhancement of personnel capability.
