PT Berdikari adalah perusahaan peternakan terintegrasi yang fokus pada pengelolaan dan pengembangan ternak seperti ayam, sapi, kambing, kerbau, dan domba, termasuk produk olahannya. Berdiri sejak 15 Agustus 1966 dengan nama awal PT Pilot Proyek Berdikari, perusahaan ini telah mengalami berbagai transformasi hingga menjadi bagian dari holding Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) pangan, ID FOOD.
Sebagai salah satu pelaku utama di sektor peternakan, PT Berdikari telah memulai pengembangan bisnis ayam terintegrasi sejak tahun 2018. Langkah awalnya adalah impor Grand Parent Stock (GPS) sebanyak 36 ribu ekor, yang menjadi dasar penguatan bisnis unggas. Selain itu, perusahaan juga memasarkan produk olahan berkualitas dengan merek Be Best, yang mencakup sosis, bakso, dan daging sapi potong.
Pada Desember 2021, PT Berdikari resmi bergabung ke dalam ID FOOD setelah sahamnya dialihkan kepada PT Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (Persero). Integrasi ini memperkuat peran PT Berdikari dalam mendukung ketahanan pangan nasional dan memberikan akses yang lebih luas kepada masyarakat terhadap produk pangan berkualitas.

Posisi: Organization Development Intern
Job Summary:
The Organization Development (OD) Intern PT Berdikari will support initiatives aimed at improving workplace efficiency, employee engagement, and overall organizational health. This role involves assisting in projects related to talent development, change management, and organizational culture, providing valuable exposure to the field of organizational behavior and human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Collection and Analysis:
- Assist in gathering and analyzing data related to employee engagement, training effectiveness, and organizational performance.
- Support the creation and administration of surveys, interviews, and focus groups to gather employee feedback.
Learning and Development:
- Help design, coordinate, and evaluate employee training and development programs.
- Research best practices in leadership development, team building, and skill enhancement.
Change Management Support:
- Collaborate with the team to implement change initiatives, including communication plans and training sessions.
- Monitor progress and measure the impact of change initiatives.
Employee Engagement:
- Assist in planning and executing programs to improve employee morale and workplace satisfaction.
- Support activities related to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Organizational Design:
- Help in creating and updating organizational charts, workflows, and documentation.
- Participate in projects aimed at improving department structures and processes.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain and update records related to training, surveys, and organizational development initiatives.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials for management review.
Research and Best Practices:
- Conduct research on current trends and innovations in organization development and recommend actionable insights.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics, Google Forms) and HR systems is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
