Kualifikasi:
- D4/S1 Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking with good problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to work with technical drawings.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Highly motivated, proactive, patient, and persistent in achieving targets.
- Able to work under pressure with good stress tolerance and quick responsiveness.
- Flexible and adaptable to dynamic work environments.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Manage and control production processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with established standards.
- Monitor and improve operational performance to enhance product quality.
- Identify process issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production area.
