Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant.
- Fluent in English is a must.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Facility Engineer.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, Steam Boiler Water Tube, Chillers, Compressors, HVAC, AC System, CRAC, and building management.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals for mechanical systems.
- Ability to create, modify, and interpret detailed mechanical CAD drawings, schematics, and layouts for utility systems.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Operate and maintain essential mechanical systems, including boilers, chillers, compressors, pump rooms, HVAC systems, and building management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues to ensure the continuous, efficient operation of utilities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.
- Monitor system performance using building monitoring tools and perform root cause analysis on system inefficiencies.
- Implement corrective actions and optimize system performance for energy savings and cost reduction.
- Create, modify, and interpret mechanical CAD drawings, schematics, and layouts for utility systems.
